What does “No FDE required” mean?
No FDE required means document-based ontology construction and updates do not depend on a resident, forward-deployed engineer. Domain judgment and approvals, business-system integrations, deployment configuration, and organizational adoption remain your team’s responsibility.
Where is my data stored?
Local workspace notes are stored as Markdown files on your device. Search indexes can be rebuilt, while graphs, vocabulary, and decisions are managed separately from source documents. If you choose a cloud workspace, its data is stored on hosted servers. Data storage and use
What's the difference between the plans?
Every plan (Free included) contains the editor, knowledge graph, import, design canvas, agent, and external connections. Paid plans raise agent usage limits; Pro and Ultra also include early access to selected advanced features.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices shown, and you can cancel anytime. Free always includes the full workspace with starter agent usage; upgrade any time for more.
Do you train models on my data?
Consilience does not use your notes to train models. Material needed for an AI task follows the selected model route; external models are subject to their providers’ data handling policies. Storage location and AI execution are separate choices. Model connections and security
